No, bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly. You must meet a wagering requirement before a bonus becomes withdrawable. Typically, wagering the bonus amount 5–10 times is enough to unlock it. Terms vary per bonus, so read the conditions carefully before accepting any offer.

Live betting lets you place bets in real time while a match is in progress. Odds change every moment. Go to the "Live" section, select an ongoing event, choose your market and stake, then click "Place Bet". Quick decisions matter — odds can shift very fast.

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled. However, if the Cash Out feature is available, you can sell your bet at its current value while the match is in progress. Cash Out may not be available on all markets. Always double-check before placing your bet.

If a match or event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, your stake is typically refunded to your wallet within 24–48 hours. For parlays involving multiple matches, a cancelled leg is counted as a win and the remaining selections stay active.
